Identity. Trust. Impact.

International Business LeadershipDigital IdentityEurope & Africa

I lead international commercial growth and complex government technology programmes across Europe and Africa, connecting technology, institutions and strategic partnerships to deliver meaningful, lasting impact.

Executive Profile

Where technology meets public institutions.

I have spent more than eighteen years working where technology meets public institutions. My role is to align three things that rarely move at the same pace: what a government needs to achieve, what a technology can reliably deliver, and what a commercial agreement can sustain over many years.

Today I am Vice President of Sales, Europe & Africa, at Laxton Group, a provider of biometric identity solutions for national ID, border, passport and voter registration programmes in more than fifty countries. I lead our commercial business across the region, from market development and partner selection through to contract execution, and I sit on the leadership team.

Selected International Programmes

Public programmes, real conditions.

National identity, passports, humanitarian registration and border management. These are programmes within my regional portfolio at Laxton Group.

  • Madagascar

    National Identity

A legal identity opens access to public services, financial inclusion and civic participation. For me, the measure of this programme is whether it reaches the people who have always been left outside formal systems.

  • Cameroon

    Biometric Passports

Faster and more secure passport issuance strengthens document integrity and shortens the wait for a travel document, wherever a citizen applies.

  • Hungary

    Humanitarian Biometric Registration

Reliable identification supports orderly and dignified processing for people in a vulnerable situation, and helps authorities direct protection and services to the right individuals.

  • Belgium

    Accessible National Identity

This is inclusion in practice. Accessible enrolment supports the national objective of 100% eID adoption and ensures older citizens keep full access to public services.

  • Spain & Estonia

    Border Management

Dependable border technology keeps crossings secure and efficient for travellers and officers, and gives policy makers evidence from real operating conditions before a Europe-wide rollout.

Leadership Philosophy

Three principles I work by.

Trust

Building credibility through consistent execution, transparency and long-term relationships.

Commercial Judgment

Balancing market opportunity, customer value, financial discipline and delivery capability.

Impact

Measuring success not only through commercial achievements, but through the value of the technology and services delivered.
